Our mission is to create a supportive environment within which leaders and churches can belong, flourish and be fruitful. We will partner and share resources to:

OUR VALUES
Relationship
We believe God works through relationship and so we intentionally give ourselves into developing honest and supportive relationships with one another and place a high value on accountability.
Mission
We believe the local church has a God-given mandate to serve and reach their communities and so we support and sharpen one another in fulfilling that mission.
Apostolic
We believe that we are not just called to gather but to send and so we aim to work together in order to train, send and support individuals and teams into new and existing missional initiatives locally and globally.
Diversity
We believe God has given individuals and churches unique gifts, characteristics and callings and so we choose to value, celebrate and be enriched by our differences.
Partnership
We believe God has joined us together for purpose and so we work alongside one another and share resources and learning.
All of these reflect our understanding that we are stronger together!
OUR TEAM
Maximise is led by a core team drawn from across the family of churches. The current members are Andy Barclay-Watt, Kevin Mundy, Simon Brawn, Nigel Thompson, Jen Cooper.
